Q. Approximately how many weddings has IMF Visions videotaped?

IMF Visions has been in business for 6 years and has won several awards based on our quality of work, customer service and reliability. We are awarded Best in Honolulu in videography for 2008 & 2009. We are also an accredited member of the better business bureau since 2007 with an A rating. But most importantly, we listen to our brides. We customize each and every wedding to every client.
Our crew has been in the wedding business for
many years ranging from 4-12 years and have filmed literally
hundreds of weddings from local weddings to destination to Japanese. Our background is in TV production and we are set in a much higher standard than regular wedding videographers.
Q. How long do you stay at the wedding?
A. What's makes IMF Visions unique is that we have no time limit we will film your wedding from the bridal preparation till the end of you reception program. Unlike other companies that caps their hours from 6-8hours and charges overtime. We care about our clients wedding day that's why we want to capture every priceless moment.
Q. Will there be assisting people brought to my wedding?
A. Yes, there will be an assistant that will come to your wedding. Our crew consists of two camera operator at all times.
Q. What type of equipment does the company use?
A. We use the top of the line Sony HVR-Z5 cameras.
It uses three 1/3-inch ClearVid Exmor CMOS sensors. The HVR-Z5U camcorder is designed to enhance creativity and deliver the
highest standard of optical and audio quality. Sony's newly designed "G
Lens" is incorporated into the camcorder, boasting excellent
resolution, color, and contrast for breathtaking images that rival
expensive interchangeable lenses. This compact camcorder boasts Sony's
3 ClearVid CMOS Sensor system, utilizing the technology of Exmor, to
provide excellent low-light sensitivity and making it ideal when high
performance in limited light conditions is a requirement.
Q. What video format(s) does IMF Visions use?
A. We
will shoot your wedding on
HD format on Sony's newest Z5 cameras. Clients have an option to order Blu-ray or traditional DVD's. We also use only high quality DVD disks from Japan that have a warranty
of up to 100 years.
Q. Does the company videographer bring backup equipment along to the wedding?
A. Yes, we always bring a backup cameras, projectors, cables and other equipment needed for your wedding. We leave no room for chance.
Q. Does IMF Visions visit the ceremony and reception sites before?
A. We always
try our best to attend the wedding rehearsals, in order to plan the
shots and location of the cameras. This is a free service that we
provide our clients. We always plan ahead and would like to see the
flow of your wedding before the actual event. This will enable us to
create a superior product.
Q. Does the company edit the tape after the event?
A. We capture and edit the wedding right after the event. We will get the finished DVD to you within 4-8 weeks of your wedding.
Q. Who keeps the raw footage?
A. We store the raw footage for three months before the digital files are erased. However, if the
client wishes to purchase the raw footage, it is available for a
minimal price. We also send our raw footage to WE (Women's Entertainment Network) to be aired on National TV.
Q. When will I receive the final product?
A. The final product will be ready within 4-8 weeks of the wedding. Depending on the season.
Q. Payment Policy? Cancellation policy?
A. A 30% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining 70% balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding day. The
deposit is non-refundable. However, if the date of the wedding changes,
we will try our best to accommodate.
